Returns and Exchanges
**Apparel & Prints can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the item arrives damaged or incorrect according to what was specifically ordered.
Jewelry - We offer exchanges and also have a 30 day return policy for store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise it is non-refundable.
For both exchanges and returns, the buyer will pay the return shipping.
Because some of Wishes & Co. products are customized and created specifically for you, we do not offer returns or store credit on custom pieces at this time. If we made a mistake on your order, we are happy to fix or remake your order. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you think we made a mistake on your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the form of store credit.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the return process and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
All custom and sale items are final sale.
