HOW DOES THE JEWELRY FIT?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Standard items are processed within 8 to 12 business days from when the order was placed. In some cases, Jewelry will ship separately as the processing time is longer due to the handmade to order nature of those items. This does not include shipping time.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped with tracking information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
CAN YOU COMBINE SEPARATE ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to do this. If you purchase items separately, they will be shipped separately.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to the limited availability of our shop items, we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they have been placed.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEM?
**Apparel can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the item arrives damaged or incorrect according to what was specifically ordered.
Jewelry - If your item does not fit, we do allow returns for shop credit. You can then purchase the correct item or another item. All items must be unworn & in original packaging for any kind of return for store credit.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include your order number.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the exchanging/return process.
